Legacy Leadership University Course
This course, Building a Relational Values Culture through Legacy Leadership, seeks to provide a different way of doing business than what is normal in today’s culture.
Have you ever felt the effects of a toxic or dysfunctional work environment?
Have you experienced leadership who treats their employees like a means to an end?
Unfortunately, what is normal in today’s culture is:
A high level of employee turnover and lack of retention.
Nearly half of a company or organization’s workforce being disengaged with the work they do.
A sense of feeling expendable.
Disrupting Business Culture
How Do We Establish Such a Culture within a Company?
We believe leadership is the critical piece to making or breaking a company culture.
This course explores principles and practices of how one’s personal approach to leadership helps or hinders shaping an organizational culture. In this course, we will focus on developing you as a leader, with the belief that as you grow, so will the rest of your organization.
